EasyBiz is a marketplace and enquiry service operated by Easy Solution (HK) Limited. Publication, matching, meetings and document access do not make EasyBiz a party to a sale unless a separate written agreement says so.
Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use EasyBiz, submit information or enquire about a listing.
Effective 10 September 2026Your submissions
You must have authority to submit the information and must not knowingly provide false, misleading, unlawful or infringing material. You remain responsible for the accuracy of seller and buyer information.
Review and publication
Saving a private case or receiving AI help does not publish a listing. EasyBiz may request changes, decline, suspend or remove content. An authorized human reviewer makes the publication decision.
Checks and transactions
Unless a listing clearly states the reviewed documents and date, seller claims have not been checked by EasyBiz. Every buyer and seller must perform suitable due diligence and obtain legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or other professional advice where needed.
Fees
Any paid service, commission or success fee applies only when the customer accepts separate written terms stating the scope, amount and payment trigger.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but may change, pause or withdraw features. To the extent permitted by law, EasyBiz is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on seller, buyer or third-party information.
